This ViniYoga class is thoughtfully designed for beginners, those recovering from injury, and older students who are seeking a gentle, supportive practice to build strength, flexibility, and resilience. This class emphasizes personalized, mindful movement with a focus on breathing, body awareness, and gradual progress. 

Using props for added support and comfort, you'll explore accessible postures and techniques that can be modified to suit your unique needs. Whether you're looking to increase mobility, improve balance, or simply cultivate a sense of calm and well-being, this class offers a safe, nurturing environment for all. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended, and all props are provided to enhance your experience.
