Studio Classes
Vinyasa Flow
We offer both traditional vinyasa and slow flow options.
Gentle, Slow Somatic Flow
This class focuses on gentle, conscious movements, cultivating deep awareness of the body and its subtle sensations. Rather than pushing for deep stretches, we prioritize re-educating the mind-muscle connection through soothing stretches and restorative postures.
Serenity Series for Anxiety
A grounding body and breath based practice designed to teach you the tools you need to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
Stable and Strong
Low-impact, full-body conditioning class that blends the best of traditional yoga with the added support and challenge of a stability ball. This unique class is designed to improve balance, stability, and overall strength, while gently increasing flexibility.
Somatic Dance
A joyful combination of evidence-based breath practices, mantras and movements that actively change the way we FEEL so we can change the way we THINK about our world.
Breathe, Stretch & Restore
Thoughtfully designed for beginners, those recovering from injury, and older students who are seeking a gentle, supportive practice to build strength, flexibility, and resilience.

What should I expect out of a Somatic based class?Somatic classes focus on how you FEEL instead of what you look like or can achieve. In a somatic-based yoga or dance class, you can expect a nurturing and supportive experience that focuses on deepening your mind-body connection and enhancing your awareness of how your body feels. These classes are all about moving at your own pace, allowing you to explore how each posture or movement feels for you—without the pressure of doing it right or perfectly. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and honor its needs, helping to release tension and invite more ease and relaxation. Somatic-based classes offer a safe space for personal growth, emotional release, and healing. It’s a trauma-informed approach, so you can rest assured that the class will always non-judgmental and focused on your comfort and well-being.
-
Do you have heated classes?Yes, we offer heated vinyasa classes. These classes are warmed to approximately 83 degrees to promote easy opening of the body.

Do I have to register online? While it's best to register online to reserve your spot in class, we understand life happens and can help you register when you arrive at the studio.
